Diamond hole saw set with universal guide and cooling System.
To be used with standard electric drill in:
• Granite
• Marble
• Tiles
• Stoneware
• Porcelain
Contains 10 diamond hole saws: 5, 6, 8, 22, 35, 50, 55, 60, 75 and 115 mm
Instructions:
• Use machine with speed 200-2500rpm. Fix drill in chuck. Set drill to normal, not hammer action.
• Always drill from front of plate.
• Use the universal guide to retain drill-bit when starting drilling.
• Use light pressure. Heavier pressure overheats drill bit, increasing wear and reducing drilling capacity.
• For separate plates best result and max cooling are obtained by placing plate in a water bath. The water need only just cover the plate. Use a backing plate to prevent
drilling through the bath.
• Wet drill-bit regularly using a spray-bottle when drilling fixed plates. Cool bit every 10-20sec by running free in air for 5-10 sec.
• Do not run hot.
• To avoid overheating, do not use a blunt drill! Sharpen diamond surface by drilling into an abrasive material such as whetstone or brick. This will expose diamond particles so that you can continue drilling as normal.
